Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is seeking a Front Desk Staff member to welcome members and families, manage check-in/out, and support daily club operations. This part-time role includes afternoon shifts 2:00 pm–7:00 pm during the school year and an 8-hour summer shift pattern, with pay starting at $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

The position requires handling front desk duties, maintaining records, answering calls, and ensuring safety and a positive environment for youth ages 6–18.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain organized, calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn MTS and internal systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members, families, and visitors.
• Ensure accurate member check-in and check-out.
• Monitor entry/exit to ensure only authorized individuals enter the Club.
• Update member information and attendance in the system.
• Assist with clerical tasks and program support.
• Help run programs and activities as needed.
