Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a Club Access Assistant to greet members at the Aurora location and monitor the front door. You will work with volunteers, parents, and the community to ensure a safe, enriching environment for youth.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, basic MS Office skills, and data entry. You will support reports, safety procedures, and program documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of administrative experience (recordkeeping, data entry, filing, phones).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; basic MS Office and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet Club members and monitor the front access door.
• Coordinate with volunteers, parents and community to ensure a safe, enriching environment.
• Document programs and assist with reports and data entry.
• Support youth-focused activities and maintain safety and procedural guidelines.
