The Boys & Girls Club of Portland Metro is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming first point of contact for members, families, and guests. You will maintain membership records, share information on programs, and support the day-to-day operations of the Club.

This hourly role offers afternoon hours (weekdays 1:30 PM–6:30 PM) with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and communicates effectively while contributing to a safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth and teen development principles and practices.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines; punctuality is important.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter members into the club membership management system.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the Club's facilities.
• Provide descriptions of BGCP programs, services, and hours; maintain membership records.
• Answer the phone promptly and promote the Club and its programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; support training and staff meetings.
• Handle payments and complete paperwork related to payments.
