Career Team Enterprises is seeking a Youth Program Manager to oversee and coach the Youth Career Advisors and coordinate with the Program Advisor. You will approve enrollments, assess caseloads, and prepare monthly reporting under the Deputy Director’s supervision.

The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating trainings, managing caseloads, and maintaining data integrity across Work In Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position with ~40% travel in the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 2+ years in business, marketing, public relations, education, human or workforce development services.
• Knowledge of WIOA Youth program and workforce program requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.
• Knowledge of local region and partners (preferred).
• Ability to work with diverse populations and be culturally sensitive.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant training platforms.
• Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision and support for all Youth Career Advisors.
• Coordinate with Center Managers and Deputy Director.
• Schedule trainings to support the Youth team.
• Manage active caseloads for Youth programs.
• Coordinate Work Experience opportunities for Youth participants.
• Oversee referral pathway processes and data integrity in systems.
• Develop casework plans for complex cases.
• Support staff in removing barriers for participants.
• Ensure staff are trained on systems like Work In Texas and maintain data quality.
• Track participants’ progress and prepare monthly reports.
• Build partnerships with community organizations.
• Visit access points to ensure connectivity with partners.
• Drive performance objectives in daily operations.
