Job summary

Career Team seeks a Youth Program Manager to oversee the Youth Career Advisors and coordinate with the Program Advisor. This role approves enrollment applications, assesses caseloads, and completes monthly reports to track the Youth program’s progress.

The position supports data integrity in Work In Texas, collaboration with Center Managers, and partnerships with community organizations to expand youth work experience opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce development or related services.
• Knowledge of the WIOA Youth program and related requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
• Knowledge of local region and partners preferred.
• Strong presentation and workshop delivery skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Youth Career Advisors and coordinate with the Program Advisor.
• Approve enrollment applications and assess caseloads.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on program activities.
• Maintain data integrity in Work In Texas and related systems.
• Develop strategies to meet performance objectives and outcomes for staff.
