Job summary

Career Team in Texas is seeking a Youth Program Manager to oversee Youth Career Advisors, coordinate with the Program Advisor, approve enrollments, assess caseloads, and complete monthly program reports. This role reports to the Deputy Director and requires strong coaching and data management skills.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with local managers, develop staff training, manage workflows in Work In Texas, and drive performance toward program outcomes while maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, PR or community development.
• 2+ years in business, marketing, public relations or workforce services.
• Knowledge of WIOA Youth or related workforce programs.
• Ability to work fast-paced, maintain confidentiality, and stay flexible.
• Knowledge of local region and partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Youth Career Advisors and coordinate with the Program Advisor.
• Approve enrollment applications and assess caseloads.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and track progress.
• Maintain data integrity in Work In Texas and related systems.
• Develop training schedules with the Program Advisor.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and centers.
• Support staff with career coaching and assessments.
• Deliver presentations and workshops as needed.
