Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of America in Arizona seeks a Case Manager to provide case management services to students in the program or internship follow-up phase. You will guide, assist with employment and educational support, and help with recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of teens in the academy and career internship placement.

Responsibilities include maintaining records in Kidtrax, supporting grants reporting, and developing community partnerships, with a caseload of 20–40 students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with teens.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist interns with development of career/employment plan.
• Supervises, mentors, and provides guidance to youth workers to ensure a positive and safe environment for children.
• Promotes programs within the clubs and/or schools.
• Case manages a caseload of youth throughout the year (25–50).
• Maintains appropriate case notes and documents in system and hard copy file.
• Conducts regular check-ins with youth workers to assess performance, address concerns and offer professional development.
• Assists with other activities such as career fairs/job fairs.
• Assists with interns’ interviews.
• Ensures safety protocols and procedures are followed during activities.
