Job summary

The Youth Connection Career Academies (TYCCA) is seeking a Youth Advisor/Case Manager to provide participant-centered case management for youth ages 14–24 enrolled in TYCCA. You will manage a caseload, engage participants, and support education, employment, credential attainment, and program completion outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing ISS plans, maintaining regular contact, addressing barriers, and coordinating with partners to deliver services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Case management and youth development experience required.
• Knowledge of WIOA youth programming preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate youth with multiple barriers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and ensure engagement, progress, retention, and documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and update each participant's ISS with measurable goals.
• Maintain regular contact with participants, with bi-monthly minimum documentation.
• Identify disengagement risks and implement re-engagement strategies.
• Assess barriers to education and employment and coordinate supports.
• Maintain accurate participant files and documentation.
