Zusammenfassung

VisionQuest is seeking an Assistant Direct Care Service Manager (Assistant Lead Supervisor) to support the Youth Care Worker department, especially during evenings, overnights, and weekends. You will work on the floor, address day-to-day needs, and report to the Lead Supervisor, ensuring smooth program operations.

You will supervise, train, and mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and maintain safety and compliance across shifts while participating in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Clear tuberculosis test results.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Vaccinations up to date as required.
• Cleared background checks from appropriate entities (e.g., Child Abuse, FBI).
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct support to the Lead Supervisor in managing the YCW department.
• Oversee shift staffing, ensure proper staff-to-youth ratios and regulatory compliance.
• Be an on-site presence, engage with youth and staff to maintain safety and positivity.
• Mentor Shift Supervisors and YCWs during shifts, handling challenging situations.
