Job summary

ACH Child and Family Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead the performance management cycle for direct care staff and ensure consistent implementation of youth treatment plans and TBRI across shifts.

The role oversees daily program operations to maintain safety and quality of care for youth, coaching Youth Care Specialists and Lead YCS, including nights, weekends, holidays, and emergencies. 75% of shifts on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of direct care experience.
• Experience leading or managing a team is required.
• 1 year of people management experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in TBRI or other similar models of care preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license and willingness to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and coach Youth Care Specialists and Leads during shifts.
• Schedule and ensure adequate staffing with required supervision ratios.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and address performance concerns; elevate issues as needed.
• Conduct regular supervision, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Support onboarding and training to implement consistent TBRI model.
• Coordinate shift responsibilities and delegate tasks to meet needs.
• Lead with empathy, ensuring performance, compliance and growth.
• Track program and individual goals for direct reports; participate in hiring.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support in a rotating schedule.
• Ensure daily schedules and routines are implemented with clinical team.
• Maintain safe, structured environment and follow treatment plans.
