Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and maintain presence on the unit.
• Lead regular team meetings and supervise staff development.
• Coordinate on-site training and implement behavior plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and placing agents.
