Job summary

VisionQuest in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality residential services for youth. You will lead and coordinate youth care workers, manage daily operations, and uphold licensing and program standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in child welfare are required; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year employment experience in the child welfare field working with children.
• Related supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise youth care workers.
• Coordinate daily operations and staff schedules.
• Ensure safety and well-being of children in care and adherence to policies.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with licensing and program standards.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to program improvements.
