Job summary

Hoyleton Youth & Family Services is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support therapeutic programming and report to the Programs Manager. You will advocate for clients and staff while ensuring care aligns with CARE/TCI practices.

The role involves shift planning, staff supervision, Medicaid documentation, training coordination, and collaboration with therapists to implement treatment plans. On-call duties may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field; 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to direct services with sensitivity to clients’ cultural background and identity.

Responsibilities

• Provides shift planning, coaching and decision-making support for staff on duty.
• Assist in interviews, supervise Youth Care Workers and evaluate performance.
• Complete Medicaid documentation and oversee staff in Medicaid paperwork.
• Coordinate treatment planning and implement plans with therapists.
• Maintain required records and reports (client summaries, incident reports, etc.).
• Assist in budget development and monitor expenses.
• On-call status as required.
