Mcjcohio is seeking a full-time Youth Specialist to oversee the treatment program in a juvenile facility. The role includes supervising Juvenile Court staff and ensuring therapeutic milieu across shifts.

You will train staff, coordinate evaluations, and manage reports while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and compliance with ADA requirements. An on-call rotation and collaboration with administrators are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of management experience in a juvenile justice system.
• Experience documenting identity and employment eligibility per IRCA requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Participate in planning, development and coordination of the treatment program; maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Provide training and coordinate performance evaluations.
• Investigate grievances, injuries, or other incidents and take appropriate action.
• Participate in on-call, treatment review and team meetings.
• Prepare and maintain routine reports and treatment records.
• Develop and coordinate activities and therapy for residents.
• Dispense medication as prescribed and maintain documentation.
