Job summary

Prince William County Government's Youth Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Division seeks a Business Services Analyst to provide business, analytical, and administrative support across programs, analyze data, run reports, and share findings with staff and leadership.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with healthcare operations, and familiarity with electronic health records. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based in Manassas with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Four years of experience in an administrative role in healthcare operations.
• Two years of experience with data collection from electronic health records and/or health information platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with an EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, analytical, and administrative support across multiple programs in the Youth Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Division.
• Maintain and analyze program data, run reports, identify trends, and share findings with staff and leadership.
• Review information in electronic health records and other systems to support staff in data interpretation.
• Coordinate meetings and recruitment activities, maintain records, support finance and procurement processes, and assist with fee agreements and satisfaction surveys.
