Job summary

Prince William County is seeking a Business Services Analyst to lead the Same Day ACCESS Administrative Team, improving operational delivery of behavioral health services. The role oversees daily operations, staff coverage, and workflow, while driving performance metrics and process improvements across the ACCESS program.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 4 years in healthcare administrative ops, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of experience in an administrative role in healthcare operations.
• 1 year of experience supervising professional administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and operational oversight to the Same Day ACCESS Administrative Team.
• Manage daily operations, coordinate staff coverage, oversee workflow, and set performance expectations.
• Monitor ACCESS performance measures and ensure compliance with DBHDS and agency requirements.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation and ongoing training for administrative staff supporting Same Day ACCESS.
