Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community ABA support for clients aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

This role combines direct care with clinical oversight, requiring strong documentation, leadership, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in PA.
• Ability to complete required clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI).
• Experience with ABA or behavioral health clinical work.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with treatment goals.
• Deliver regular progress updates and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
