Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to support youth (ages 2-21) in Pennsylvania, providing in-community behavioral health services. Role combines assessment, ITP development, and ABA-based interventions with direct care and supervision responsibilities.

Strong documentation and cross-disciplinary collaboration are essential. The position emphasizes clinical oversight, partnership with families and educators, and a commitment to outcome-driven care; benefits and travel expectations vary

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet PA licensure criteria (Behavior Specialist, BCBA, or related license).
• Possess graduate degree(s) in ABA or related field.
• Be able to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW or similar licensure with ABA oversight eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals
