Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to support clients ages 2–21 in-community in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and collaborating with families, educators, and providers to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

The position requires PA licensure as a Behavior Specialist, BCBA certification or graduate-level training, and relevant graduate degrees. Direct care and clinical supervision are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist.
• Certified BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either 1 year full-time mental health direct services with children/youth or completed practicum.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
