Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and work with families and educators to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight and excellent documentation skills to empower youth. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing ITPs, implementing ABA strategies, and

Qualifications

Licensed in PA as psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or NP with ABA oversight.
Certification as BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
Minimum 1 year full-time ABA experience or 12 ABA credits; or supervision by BCBA with 40 hours ABA training.
Pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by a licensed professional.
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
Provide clinical oversight and documentation in line with treatment goals.
