Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21. The role leads assessments, identifies target behaviors, and crafts individualized treatment plans with families and schools.

Qualifications

• PA Behavior Specialist license or BCBA certification or graduate ABA degree.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
