Responsibilities

• Coach and correct youth behavior as needed.
• Observe, evaluate, and document youth behavior across programs and activities.
• Prepare Youth Incident Reports (YIRs) and document incidents.
• Assign and supervise youth in various chores and jobs within the facility.
• Escort youth to appointments and conduct secure transportation as required.
