Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader to guide after-school activities, supervise students, and foster a safe, engaging environment. You will run homework help, enrichment activities, and clubs while building positive relationships with families and staff.

The role is part-time and non-exempt, with afternoons Monday through Friday. English-Spanish bilingual applicants are encouraged, and a background check is required before start. Passion for youth development is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• College transcripts showing 48+ college credit units or take an academic proficiency exam.
• Complete TB test and pass Live Scan background check.
• If applicable, provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at the end of the school day.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help and enrichment.
• Monitor safety and oversee student well-being during activities.
• Create clubs and adapt activities to meet diverse needs.
