Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader for after-school programs across Southern California. You will guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, and enrichment activities in a supportive environment.

The role is part-time, non-exempt, with afternoon shifts Monday through Friday. Experience in ethnically diverse communities and strong communication skills are required; 48+ college credits or an equivalent proficiency exam is needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Requires at least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome kids at the end of school day.
• Organize and lead activities: homework help, games, arts and crafts, educational projects.
• Join in indoor and outdoor enrichment activities and create clubs for students.
• Maintain a secure environment by following safety protocols and supervising group dynamics.
• Oversee safety and well-being during after-school activities and adapt activities to diverse needs.
