Job summary

Arc Experience seeks a Program Leader to guide students in after-school programs with a focus on social-emotional learning, homework help, and enrichment activities. The role includes leading clubs, supervising activities, and fostering a welcoming environment.

The position is part-time and non-exempt, with a shift from 2pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Widespread bilingual ability in English/Spanish is a strong plus, and candidates must meet health and background check requirements.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Good communicator able to talk with kids and parents.
• College transcripts showing 48+ college credits or pass proficiency exam.
• TB test with proof of negative result and Live Scan background check.
• English–Spanish bilingual is a plus; vaccination documentation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids after school and guide them through activities.
• Organize and lead homework help, recreation, arts/crafts, and enrichment projects.
• Create clubs and supervise indoor/outdoor activities while ensuring safety.
