Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader to guide after-school activities and enrichment for our students, greeting families and supervising safety. You’ll organize homework help, arts and crafts, clubs, and outdoor activities with a focus on social-emotional learning and inclusive engagement.

This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Site Coordinator and offers opportunities to grow leadership skills within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication with kids and parents.
• Able to engage diverse youth and families.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids after school.
• Organize activities: homework help, games, arts/crafts, enrichment.
• Lead clubs and supervise indoor/outdoor activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and monitor behavior.
• Support social-emotional learning and student engagement.
