Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a dedicated Program Leader to run after-school activities, guide students in social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment projects, and clubs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

The role is part-time and non-exempt, with an afternoon shift (2pm–6pm, weekdays). Strong communication and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; 48+ college credits or an approved proficiency exam are required. TB test and Live Scan are needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Good communication with kids and parents.
• Must provide college transcripts showing 48+ credits or pass proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and supervise students after school in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Organize and lead activities: homework help, arts and crafts, games, and enrichment clubs.
• Supervise safety and manage group dynamics during activities.
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to diverse needs and interests.
