Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader to guide after-school activities, assist with homework, and run enrichment programs. You will engage students, support clubs, and help create a positive, safe environment after the school day.

The role requires strong communication with kids and their families, plus experience in youth programs. This is a part-time position reporting to the Site Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Ability to communicate with kids and parents comfortably.
• College credits or proficiency exam completed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids to the program after school.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help and enrichment.
• Create clubs and supervise indoor/outdoor activities.
• Maintain a secure environment and monitor group dynamics.
