STARK Building Materials UK’s JPS team is seeking an experienced account manager to oversee public sector contracts in Yorkshire, working from home with regular regional travel. You will ensure excellent service, contract compliance and long-term retention across the region.

You will build trusted relationships with customers at all levels, identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to deliver value and social value

Competenze

• Proven experience managing customer accounts in a commercial setting.
• Public sector market experience is preferred with understanding of its factors.
• Track record of customer retention, sales growth and margin improvement.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of public sector contracts across Yorkshire, ensuring service quality and retention.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels, from operatives to Directors.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and IT to deliver customer solutions.
• Support tender and re-tender activities with customer insights for competitive submissions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system.
