Yell Ltd in Leeds, England, is recruiting a Digital Account Director covering Yorkshire. You will retain, nurture and grow clients' digital marketing spend across premium and bespoke products, while sourcing new business and collaborating with BDMs to drive referrals into your pipeline.

You will manage an elite portfolio with annual spend from £8,000 to £70,000, deliver growth through targeted campaigns, and train/coach BDMs to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts.
• Proven track record in digital sales performance from existing and new business.
• Strategic thinker with strong digital marketing knowledge.
• Resilient, tenacious and able to request testimonials to support client ethos.
• Excellent communicator who can explain complex digital information clearly and concisely.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and targets.

Responsabilités

• Managing an elite portfolio of customers with annualised spend.
• Delivering growth sales from premium & bespoke products.
• Collaborating with Field Sales Manager and BDMs to drive referrals.
• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, product, and finance.
• Facilitating training and onboarding for new and existing team members.
• Driving adoption of best practices to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
