Job summary

ALO invites you to join our Frisco store as a Sales Associate, where you’ll drive sales, educate guests on our mindful products, and champion our community culture. You’ll collaborate with leadership and teammates to deliver an authentic ALO experience—balancing product education with a welcoming, high-energy environment.

In this role, you’ll stay informed about store goals, participate in inventory and merchandising, and help guests navigate Retail, Yoga, and Café offerings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Constant movement and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures follow company policy and are executed well.
• Support store goals, initiatives, and new product launches with clear communication.
