Job summary

ALO in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store performance through authentic guest connections, product education and brand storytelling. You will partner with leadership to meet sales goals, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and participate in training on new product launches and initiatives.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires open availability including peak shopping periods; candidates should be customer-focused, energetic and able to move throughout the sales

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and improving productivity.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily and educate guests about products and culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and execute action plans.
• Ensure effective floor coverage with strategic workforce planning.
• Educate staff on guest-facing initiatives and store goals.
