Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an authentic, brand-aligned experience for every guest in a dynamic store setting. You will master product knowledge, embody the brand culture, and thrive in a team-driven environment focused on excellence and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will drive sales, build lasting client relationships, participate in inventory and merchandising tasks, and support leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as part of a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Hits sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engages customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Builds client relationships daily and communicates store goals.
• Analyzes reports with leadership to strategize and improve results.
• Ensures adequate sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educates guests about product, community and culture.
• Supports in visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
