Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the authentic ALO experience and contribute to brand mission in a fast-paced store environment.

You will drive sales, educate customers about products and our community, and build lasting client relationships while working as part of a collaborative team. The role requires physical movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with full-time availability including peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as an individual and as a team.
• Constant movement in and around the store is required.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; climb ladders safely.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Influence store performance by supporting leadership and company goals.
• Lead Flow initiatives to drive and exceed sales while optimizing productivity.
• Create engaging, friendly guest experiences and easy shopping environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; address deficient areas and growth opportunities.
• Ensure floor coverage through effective workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate on store goals, communications, initiatives, new product launches and guest-facing programs.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through testimony and product knowledge.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on our product, community, and culture.
• Understand and protect daily schedules in coordination with Store Leadership.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow, merchandising, replenishment.
