Job summary
ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Arizona to elevate the guest experience through product knowledge and genuine connection. You’ll contribute to a multi-faceted brand experience spanning Retail, Yoga, and Café, helping guests understand the ALO community and culture while delivering top-tier service.
As a member of the team, you’ll drive sales, maintain an inviting store environment, and collaborate with leadership on initiatives, product launches, and community engagement to meet daily
Qualifications
- 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment preferred
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Align with ALO’s guiding principles
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel in a team
Responsibilities
- Impact the store environment positively and align with leadership goals
- Drive and exceed sales goals through Flow initiatives and productivity
- Engage customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
- Nurture client relationships daily
- Analyze reports with leadership to target growth opportunities
- Ensure proper floor coverage and implement selling initiatives
- Educate guests on product, community, and culture
- Support shipping and product flow, merchandising and replenishment
- Execute front and back of house procedures per policy
