Job summary

ALO in Dallas is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales through authentic guest experiences and product knowledge across apparel, yoga, and café offerings. You will engage customers, educate them on our community and culture, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals.

Open availability, 32–40 hours per week, and a passion for helping people are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, mobility, and a friendly shopping environment while representing the ALO brand with pride.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in client-centric sales.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Align with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to move constantly around store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and use ladders safely.
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Engage customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to plan improvements and growth opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives across store.
• Educate guests on product, community and culture.
• Assist in shipments and maintain product flow.
• Maintain front/back of house procedures per company policies.
• Move constantly on sales floor and back of house.
