Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead our store's guest experience, sales targets, and team development. You will partner with the General Manager to align the Sales & Service strategy with brand principles, coach staff, and ensure floor coverage and strong client relationships.

The role requires 3-5 years of retail leadership, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to move throughout the store all day. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Investigate sales opportunities and escalate gaps with the GM.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Build daily client relationships and address customer needs.
• Ensure floor coverage through effective workforce planning.
• Collaborate with General Manager to implement sales strategies.
• Represent the business in meetings, monitor budget and metrics.
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
• Communicate brand values to visitors and staff.
