ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to help drive store sales and deliver the ALO experience. You will educate guests about our community, culture, and product details, building connections with customers and contributing to a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to analyze reports, optimize staffing, and execute selling initiatives across the floor. The role requires energy, mobility, and a passion for customer service, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualificações

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.

Responsabilidades

• Imparts a positive store environment aligned with leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop experience.
