Job summary
ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience on the floor, deliver product education and coach team members to drive sales while maintaining a sanctuary-like environment. You will continue to build client relationships daily with customers, analyze reports to implement growth plans, and lead by example in delivering outstanding service.
This role partners with Operations, Visual Manager and Studio teams to optimize scheduling, budgets and inventory, while guiding staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years in client-centric, sales environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead exceptional guest experiences on the floor and coach staff to close sales.
- Build and nurture client relationships with daily outreach.
- Analyze reports to drive strategies and growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective sales floor coverage and drive selling initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Visual and Studio teams on execution.
- Recruitment and development of talent; provide ongoing feedback.
