Job summary

ALO in Corte Madera, CA seeks a Sales & Service Manager to lead guest experience and drive sales as part of store leadership. You will partner with the General Manager to shape the storefront's service model, develop team coaching, and ensure excellent guest connections on the floor.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional initiatives while upholding ALO's guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Self-directed, time management and personal accountability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities and escalate gaps with GM.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
