Job summary

Alo is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for the Promenade at Westlake store in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role leads a Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, daily client relationships and sales strategy execution on the floor and in back-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching and process improvement, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate processes or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through coaching and feedback.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and sales initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
