Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team to lead studios across the region. This full-time Director role requires you to hire and train teachers and front desk staff, manage payroll, budgets, and inventory, and ensure strong studio operations during peak hours.

Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and demonstrate prior management experience, with ability to teach on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Tracking studio budget.
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Processing payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Lead Teacher Trainings and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
• Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000/year
