Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga in Hollywood is expanding its management team. We’re seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our studio operations and lead a team of teachers and front desk staff.

You’ll oversee hiring, payroll, budgeting, inventory, and daily maintenance while ensuring high service standards during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and be available to teach scheduled classes.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Schedule includes 8 hour shifts with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff

Responsibilities include:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $500/month)
