Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and seeks enthusiastic Directors who love Yoga to lead our studios in New York. The role requires teaching on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin) and overseeing both teachers and front desk staff.

Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and have prior management experience. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, with healthcare coverage benefits.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train teachers and front desk staff.
• Work a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Be present at the studio during peak hours (evenings & weekends).
• Track studio budget and oversee inventory.
• Address day-to-day maintenance needs and process payroll.
• Manage front desk shifts and lead teacher trainings.
• Oversee staff scheduling and lead & manage teams.
• Perform lots of cleaning and uphold studio standards.

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
• Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000/year
