Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team in New York. We are seeking Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to lead operations and people. Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and teach on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff; maintaining a 40-hour studio presence; budgeting, payroll, inventory and maintenance;

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Candidates must be prepared to teach on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Tracking studio budget and overseeing payroll.
• Oversee inventory and day-to-day maintenance.
• Lead Teacher Trainings and manage teachers and front desk staff.

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
