Hot 8 Yoga Brooklyn, New York, United States is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our growing team in a fast-paced, community-focused studio. The role requires teaching on the schedule (200-hour RYT) and overseeing front desk staff, payroll, inventory, and facility needs with a hands-on leadership approach.

This full-time position demands a minimum of 40 in-studio hours weekly, weekend availability, and strong people skills to maintain the warm, clean, and connected culture we pride ourselves on.

Qualifications

• Must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and be able to teach scheduled classes (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
• Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
