Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and seeking a Director to lead the studio's staff and operations. This role requires overseeing hiring, training, payroll, and daily operations while maintaining peak coverage in the evenings and weekends.

The candidate will manage budgets, inventory, and front desk operations, and will conduct teacher trainings, ensuring high service standards across the studio network.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate.
• Candidates must teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Tracking studio budget.
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Processing payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Lead Teacher Trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)

• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs

• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
