Hot 8 Yoga, a thriving studio located in New York City, is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our team. Responsibilities include hiring, training staff, managing budgets, and ensuring a clean, efficient studio environment. The ideal candidate will have a 200-hour RYT certificate and prior management experience.

This full-time position requires a minimum of 40 in-studio hours weekly, with availability on holidays and weekends. Hot 8 Yoga also contributes 60% towards health insurance.

• Ability to teach various yoga classes like Power and Yin is necessary.

Hot 8 Yoga is a leading hot yoga studio with locations across California and New York City. We are expanding our management team and are seeking enthusiastic, growth‑driven Studio Managers who love yoga and are ready to contribute to a professional, supportive, and mission‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing, hiring, and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week and being present during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget and managing day‑to‑day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll and overseeing inventory
• Working 5 front desk shifts and maintaining a clean studio environment all day, every day
• Leading teacher trainings and managing teachers and front desk staff

Schedule:

• 8‑hour shift
• Holidays and weekend availability required

Qualifications:

• 200‑hour RYT certificate
• Previous management experience required
• Ability to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
