Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and seeks enthusiastic Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to join our growing studio network. Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and be prepared to teach on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff; maintaining budgets and payroll; overseeing inventory; ensuring studio

Qualifications

• 200-hour RYT certificate required.
• Previous management experience required.
• Able to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Tracking studio budget.
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Processing payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts.
• Lead Teacher Trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.
• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month).
