Hot 8 Yoga is growing and expanding our management team. We are looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities

Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
Tracking studio budget
Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
Processing payroll
Oversee inventory
Work 5 Front Desk shifts
Lots of cleaning - all day every day
Lead Teacher Trainings
Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff

8 hour shift

On call
Weekend availability

Qualifications

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
